Mike Mazyck

Mike Mazyck is the Principal Broker of Milestone Realty, a firm he and Gus Antos co-founded in 2025 after rebranding Mission Minded Realty into a new chapter of growth and innovation. Over his career, Mike has sold more than 8,000 homes throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, establishing himself as a trusted leader in residential real estate. Mike began his professional journey studying Practical Theology, which he completed in 2002, before moving into personal training.

 

In 2003, he transitioned into real estate and quickly rose to success, earning “Rookie of the Year” and later leading a top-producing team ranked #1 out of more than 400 agents in his brokerage. In 2012, he became an Independent Broker and launched his own firm, Mike Mazyck Realty, which later re-branded as Mission Minded Realty.

 

A devoted Christian, husband, and father, Mike shares life with his wife Tiffany and their children—Pierson and Madeline—and together they are active members of Crosspoint Community Church in Rockwall, Texas. He is passionate about empowering agents, pioneering innovative marketing strategies, and providing exceptional client service.
