Born and raised in East Texas, Reagan has always been passionate about people and helping others achieve their goals. From a young age, it was clear that serving others was her true calling. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Reagan had the privilege of working with Mission of Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering hope and transformation. During this time, she hosted interns from the Milestone Home Service Co team for a week-long mission-focused experience aboard a boat in Key West. Witnessing Milestone’s extraordinary culture left a lasting impression, and Reagan knew she wanted to be part of the organization in the future.
Throughout her career, Reagan has gained experience in various fields, including tech sales, recruitment, and real estate. As a former Director of Marketing and Listing Coordinator, she acquired valuable insight into the real estate industry, equipping her with the skills and knowledge to excel in her current role at Milestone Realty Group.
